Miss Cebu 2011 is Cebu City's Official Search for the Representative and Spokesperson of Cebu City. The Coronation Night is one of the highlights of Cebu's annual Sinulog Festival. The MISS CEBU 2011 Coronation Night will be tonight, 6:30PM, at the Pacific Grand Ballroom, Waterfront Cebu City Hotel.
