CESDEV Nursing pushed through with Bantay Bata 163 Medical-Dental Mission to Barangay Liburon, Carcar last Saturday, January 29, 2011, despite the last minute scourge for participants. Most of the volunteers had academic-related activities, something that must be on top of the priority.
Still, with the active involvement of senior graduate nurses Joshua Herbert Buaya and Dawn Michor Daan, we headed to Barangay Liburon for the worthwhile activity. We were later joined by Mr. Ronald Quinones, a Clinical Instructor of UC Banilad College of Nursing who went to Carcar a day ahead of the scheduled Medical-Dental Mission.
We would also wish to extend our gratitude to the driver of the coaster that transported us to the area, Sir Roel, for being so kind, patient, and warm. Salamat Sir Roel, we had a very comfortable ride.
