The voters education forum today will be held at the Moot Court in two sessions: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The voter's education forum will teach voters about their rights to vote and how to be familiar with the new rules on automated elections.
The morning session will be facilitated by the Local Government and Election Laws class under lawyer Gloria Estenzo Ramos, along with Cebu-Citizens Involvement and Maturation for People's Empowerment and Liberation (C-Cimpel), Kapisanan ng mga Brodkasters ng Pilipinas and Tugkaran Hinlo-an 2010 campaign against illegal election materials, which was jointly organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec), the Philippine National Police, Integrted Bar of the Philippines-Cebu City chapter, the Global Legal Action on Climate Change and the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkasters ng Pilipinas. The afternoon session will be presided by the Commission on Elections.
