Pregnancy and motherhood are such exciting times in a woman's life! It is a mother's job to do everything to make sure that her baby is given a healthy start in life.
With the intention of helping pregnant women, UC Nursing CESDEV will be conducting a Mothers' Class tomorrow, July 10, 2009 at the Newest Nursing Arts Laboratory, 7th Floor, University of Cebu - Banilad. Registration will start at 7AM, seminar proper will begin at 8AM.
Topics would include Breathing Technique, Kegel's Exercise, Breastfeeding and Breast Care. Viewing of Discovery Channel's documentary "In the Womb" will also be done to further boost the mothers' understanding of pregnancy and motherhood.
Participants of this activity are invited pregnant mothers who will serve as subjects of the second year student nurses for their Leopold's Maneuver return demonstration.
