UC Nursing CESDEV junior volunteer Dianne Salem sent an SMS to the blog admin raising concerns about his stalled travel back to Cebu for the resumption of classes and duty due to some weather disturbances. Ships from Leyte province were not allowed to sail by the Philippine Coast Guard. Thus, the weather advisory for reference and guidance. Posted below are news clips about the weather condition:
