EXPECT rains to continue in Cebu and the rest of the Visayas at least in the next few days due to the northeast monsoon, the Philippine, Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said yesterday.
The state weather bureau said that as of 5 p.m. yesterday, the tail end of a cold front was spotted near Luzon and the Visayas. Forecaster Ela Comahig of Pagasa's Mactan office said the Visayas will have “mostly cloudy” skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
