No more long queues at PRC! This was announced today by the Professional Regulation Commission as they launch a new and free service called Online Verification of Ratings or OVR. With the new system, examinees with internet connection can look up their rating in any licensure exam.
According to a press release signed by PRC chairman Nicolas P. Lapeña Jr., an examinee must follow these simple steps in order to use the service:
1. Visit the official PRC website at www.prc.gov.ph anytime;
2. Go to eServices menu – Online Verification of Ratings;
3. Choose a profession, type the Application Number, complete name and birth date.
Meanwhile, the commission also launched a new service that allows the online verification of the status of professionals dubbed as the Online Verification of Filipino Professionals or the OVFP. It enables the public or employer to check the authenticity of the license of the professionals which they are dealing with.
Lapeña said these services are part of the DOLE–PRC Labor and Employment Agenda Project.
