Cebu posted the highest number of applicants for the December 2010 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination. Based on the statistical data released by the Application Division of the Professional Regulations Commission, Cebu has a total of 8,033 applicants or examinees.
This population necessitates that ample number of rooms will be readied for this purpose. The Professional Regulations Commission has identified University of Cebu - Banilad Campus, University of Cebu - Main Campus, University of Cebu - Lapulapu Mandaue Campus, University of Cebu - METC, and Southwestern University as the venues for the examination.
University of Cebu - Banilad College of Nursing graduates who were to take the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination in UC Banilad were relaxed and at ease for they feel that they were just "back home".
Such comfort, ease, and relaxed feeling proved to be very helpful - a homecourt advantage to our graduates. :)
