At the main blog (this page that you are now viewing), you will find menu tabs at the top. Click "LINKS". This will lead to the opening of a new window called "Linkages and Support".
At the "Linkages and Support" window, click the box for "CESDEV CLEARANCES, 2ND SEMESTER, SY 2008-2009". The page will then lead you to the "CESDEV-NURSING CLEARANCES" page as shown below.
Click on your section as indicated on the sidebar.
Print your clearances.

After printing your clearance, fill up and sign the "Return Slip".
Submit the whole document to UC Nursing CESDEV office for signing and acknowledgement.
Claim the signed document the next day.
