Mr. Francis Jemuel Rufo took time last Saturday, July 21, 2007, to orient second year nursing students on what Community Extension Services and Development (CESDEV) is all about.The student nurses intently listened to Mr. Rufo whose expertise on Community Organizing Participatory Action Research (COPAR) principles served as an anchor for UC Nursing CESDEV.
The seminar was held at the Old Audio-Visual Room (AVR) attended by sections BSN 2Z, BSN 2AA, and BSN 2L.
