One of the these ladies will be the crowned Miss Cebu 2011 tonight. The pageant will be shown live to an estimated audience of about 4,000 people on Coronation Night of Miss Cebu and over 8 million viewers via Studio 23 and Mall goers! The pageant will show the traditional and contemporary lifestyle of Cebu as well as the unique values of the Cebuana with the aim of making her as Cebu's representative and spokesperson.
